Hi, I’m Presleigh.
I’m a Temple-based charcuterie artist who fell in love with the way a table full of good food makes people slow down, lean in, and stay a while. What started as boards for friends and family became Board & Bloom.
Every board is built by hand the day of your event, using real cheeses, cured meats, ripe seasonal fruit, fresh herbs and florals from right here in Central Texas. Nothing pre-made, nothing pre-packaged, nothing that sat in a cooler overnight.
Whether it’s a quiet date night or a 200-guest reception, my job is the same: make your gathering feel special, and give you one less thing to worry about.

Can you handle dietary needs?
Yes. Vegetarian, gluten-free and nut-free boards are all available. Just note it in your quote request and I'll build around it. Tell me about any allergy and I'll walk you through exactly what's on the board.
How far in advance should I order?
Please allow at least 5 days' notice. For grazing tables, large events, and holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, two weeks (or more) is strongly recommended, as those dates book out first.
How long do the boards stay fresh?
Boards are assembled fresh the day of your event and are best enjoyed within 4 hours at room temperature. If you need to hold it longer, keep it refrigerated and bring it out about 30 minutes before serving.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your date on the calendar, with the remaining balance due before delivery or pickup. Your deposit holds your slot, so it's the one step that locks everything in.
Allergen disclaimer
Boards are prepared in a home kitchen that handles dairy, nuts, wheat, soy and cured meats, so cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please let me know before ordering so we can talk through what's safe for you.
